Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

How to request a return

Contact us via WhatsApp or email within 7 days of delivery.
Provide your order number and the reason for return.
We will confirm the return address and next steps.

Conditions

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.
Defective or incorrect items are eligible for free return and full refund.
Change-of-mind returns: buyer covers return shipping.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear, depending on your payment provider.
